STATE APPROVAL INFORMATION

Below is the approval information for classes & evaluations

If the state where the offense occured is listed below, you need to follow any indicated steps. If the state where your DUI occured does not accept online classes/evaluations, but you are able to get a written preapproval you will be allowed to take the class/evaluation. If you decide to take the class without preapproval and the restrictions below apply to you, please note you are taking a risk! Please read the terms and conditions page.

If the state where your offense occured is not listed below, that simply means that we have not had any rejections of our program in that state at this time.

If your DUI is in ARKANSAS
The Arkansas DMV does not accept online courses/evaluations for residents or anyone with a Arkansas drivers license. (updated 5/1/2009). All others please call 815-389-9564

If your DUI is in CALIFORNIA
California does not accept online courses/evaluations for California residents or anyone with a California drivers license without preapproval. Preapproval is not available from the DMV. (updated 5/1/2009).

If your DUI is in CONNECTICUT
The Connecticut DMV does not accept online courses/evaluations for residents or anyone with a Connecticut drivers license. (updated 5/1/2009) All others please call 815-389-9564

IF your DUI is in FLORIDA
Florida does not accept online courses/evaluations for Florida residents or anyone with a Florida drivers license without preapproval. Preapproval is not available from the DMV. (updated 5/1/2009).

Note Regarding Florida Courts
While we have had Florida residents successfully use our program to satisfy the Courts  in Florida, it is on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed.

IF your DUI Is in GEORGIA
Georgia does not accept online courses/evaluations for residents or anyone with a Georgia drivers license. (updated 5/1/2009) All others please call 815-389-9564

Illinois Residents and Non Residents
If your DUI is in Illinois or you hold an Illinois drivers license, you cannot currently take our courses or evaluations . (updated 5/1/2009).

If your DUI is in KENTUCKY
The Kentucky DMV does not accept online courses/evaluations. (updated 10/29/2009). If you have a preapproval, please call 815-389-9564

If your DUI is in MISSISSIPPI
The Mississippi DMV does not accept online courses/evaluations for residents or anyone with a Mississippi drivers license. (updated 5/1/2009). All others please call 815-389-9564

If your DUI is in NEW JERSEY
Please be advised that the New Jersey Division of Addiction Services,
Intoxicated Driving Program (DAS/IDP), does not accept online evaluations or Driving Under the Influence (DUI) courses.

Out-of-State: If your offense occurred in New Jersey but you reside/are licensed in another State you may be able to take our class/evaluations in certain situations. Please contact the State of New Jersey Intoxicated Drivers Program at 609-588-7354 to determine eligibility to take the course/evaluation.

If your DUI is in NEW YORK
The NY DMV does not accept online courses/evaluations for residents or anyone with a NY drivers license. (updated 1/1/2011). All others please call 815-389-9564 to determine eligibility.

If your DUI is in NORTH CAROLINA
The North Carolina DMV does not accept online courses/evaluations for residents or anyone with a North Carolina drivers license. (updated 5/1/2009) All others please call 815-389-9564

If your DUI is in OKLAHOMA
The Oklahoma DMV does not accept online courses/evaluations for residents or anyone with a Oklahoma drivers license. (updated 5/1/2009) All others please call 815-389-9564.

If your DUI is in OREGON
Residents of Oregon with a DUI in Oregon must get preapproval to use our program or evaluations.

If your DUI is in SOUTH CAROLINA
The South Carolina DMV does not accept online courses/evaluations for residents or anyone with a valid South Carolina drivers license. (updated 5/1/2009) All others please call 815-389-9564

If your DUI is in WISCONSIN
The state of Wisconsin does not accept online courses/evaluations for residents or anyone with a valid Wisconsin drivers license. (updated 4/1/2011) All others please call 815-389-9564
